Bio

I love life! I've spent most of mine bouncing around the Midwest (NE, IL, KS, SD, MN), with a five-year stint in the state of Tennessee. Currently, I live in Minnesota in the Twin Cities metro.

When I was very little, I used to say that my favorite hobby was "talking!" I still love to enjoy a great conversation.

Over the years, I've tried many different hobbies. Some of my favorites are reading, writing poetry, playing the French horn and the piano, crocheting, and playing basketball in the driveway. I love going on walks and being active. Only time will tell what other enjoyments I may discover!

As I've grown older, I've discovered that life has significant challenges. But one of the things that makes these challenges more bearable is connecting with other people. I hope that the connections I make with my students might make their loads a bit more bearable.
